BIMstream provided reality capture and modeling services at the New York Times Building for Nelson Worldwide and their client Datadog, in support of a new office space plan and fit-out. The engagement included scanning and modeling of the top two floors and rooftop, totaling over 100,000 sq. ft., with above-ceiling capture and MEP documentation performed to EMD 200 fidelity.

BIMstream delivered a comprehensive package including a coordinated Revit model, 2D plan set, and hosted 360° imagery, enabling accurate space planning and design development to support Datadog's tenant fit-out across one of New York's most recognized commercial towers.
