BIMstream partnered with Payette to complete a two-day scanning and modeling engagement at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, where precision and accuracy were critical. Using a combination of mobile and terrestrial LiDAR scanners, our team conducted a full site survey capturing both the north-facing hospital wing and the adjacent parking garage, producing geolocated, high-accuracy 3D models of both structures.
The resulting deliverables gave Payette the essential spatial data needed to support the design and construction of a new hospital wing and sky bridge connection between buildings. By combining mobile and terrestrial LiDAR in a focused two-day operation, BIMstream delivered the detail and confidence required for complex, high-stakes healthcare construction planning.
