30 Broad Street
30 Broad St is a historic Financial District tower, once tied to NYSE operations, now converted into luxury residential condominiums.

BIMstream partnered with Gensler for Rose Associates to deliver comprehensive reality capture and Revit production at 30 Broad Street, a 51-story, 301,389 sq. ft. high-rise in Manhattan. Using NavVis VLX Gen2 mobile LiDAR and Leica RTC360 terrestrial scanning, the team captured the full building exterior, interior core, and essential floors, strategically scanning tops and bottoms of representative floors to efficiently document the tower's vertical repetition across multiple extended field shifts.
Studio production was completed within 25 days, delivering point clouds, photogrammetry, and Revit models at varying EMD levels tailored to project requirements. EMD 300 was applied to the ground floor and primary façade elements, EMD 200 to interior architecture, and EMD 100 to remaining exterior levels, with structure and MEP modeled as visible-only, ensuring the client received precisely the level of detail needed for redevelopment planning without over-modeling unnecessary systems.
