In partnership with Payette, BIMstream provided exterior reality capture and digital modeling services at the Joslin Diabetes Center in support of a comprehensive facility maintenance assessment. Over approximately three days on site, the team performed mobile LiDAR scanning to document the building perimeter, façade, and overall footprint, delivering an LOD 100 exterior Revit model with a coordinated site model to support architectural planning and evaluation.
Updated 2D documentation including an extracted site plan was generated directly from the BIM dataset, ensuring accurate and current exterior documentation aligned with assessment needs. BIMstream also provided web-based 360° exterior photogrammetry, enabling remote visualization and review by the design team.
