BIMstream was tasked with the rapid capture, scan, and modeling of a former Boston Sports Club facility for National Development, completing the full scope in just one week from start to final delivery. The team executed a one-day field capture of the 60,000 sq. ft. facility using high-definition LiDAR technology, followed by intensive processing over the weekend.
By the end of the week, BIMstream delivered a complete architectural and MEP Revit model along with a full set of existing conditions drawings, demonstrating our ability to meet demanding timelines without compromising precision or quality for a valued repeat client.
