BIMstream partnered with Fresenius Medical Care to perform a complete reality capture and digital twin modeling initiative for their dual-building campus in Rockleigh, NJ. Spanning 216,000 sq. ft. across the East and West buildings, the project included detailed documentation of active, high-sensitivity lab spaces and above-ceiling MEP systems, completed over four days with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
BIMstream's field team utilized a hybrid LiDAR approach combining GeoSLAM Revo RT and NavVis VLX scanners, supplemented by 360° imagery to enhance modeling accuracy in complex environments. The final deliverables included a Revit-based digital twin and PDF plan set, providing Fresenius with comprehensive as-built documentation to support facility management and future renovation planning.
