BIMstream partnered with Boston Properties to scan and model 93,400 sq. ft. of lobby and adjacent spaces at 200 Clarendon Street, continuing our long-standing work at the iconic John Hancock Tower. Leveraging a dual LiDAR workflow, a Leica RTC scanner to capture highly reflective chrome finishes and a NavVis VLX system for detailed interior spatial assessment, our team overcame the challenges of reflective surfaces and complex geometry to deliver precise, actionable data.
From that foundation, BIMstream produced a complete Revit model and full architectural drawing set to support lobby renovation design and planning. The project reflects our ability to deploy the right combination of technologies in demanding environments, providing Boston Properties with the detail and accuracy needed to move confidently into the next phase of this landmark building's evolution.
