BIMstream has supported Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) over a four-year, multi-phase engagement at its approximately 500,000 sq. ft. Stratham, NH manufacturing campus, partnering with B2Q Associates and Jerome & Horner. Across more than a dozen site visits, the team performed terrestrial LiDAR scanning of production floors, mechanical infrastructure, and multi-story process towers, utilizing scissor lifts and elevated access equipment to accurately capture overhead utilities and complex piping systems in active manufacturing environments.
Each engagement typically involved a full day of on-site scanning with deliverables turned around within one to two weeks, enabling engineering teams to move quickly into redesign and coordination phases. The work has been heavily MEP-focused, supporting continuous modernization of dense, high-volume chocolate production lines and creating accurate existing-condition datasets that serve as the foundation for ongoing facility improvements across more than 350,000 sq. ft. of production and warehouse space.
